22-26 As long as I’m alive in this body, there is good work for me to do. If I had to choose right now, I hardly know which I’d choose. Hard choice! The desire to break camp here and be with Christ is powerful. Some days I can think of nothing better. But most days, because of what you are going through, I am sure that it’s better for me to stick it out here. So I plan to be around awhile, companion to you as your growth and joy in this life of trusting God continues. You can start looking forward to a great reunion when I come visit you again. We’ll be praising Christ, enjoying each other. (Philippians 1:22-26 – The Message)

As long as I’m alive in this body, there is good work for me to do. Is this true to your life right now? Is this your belief? A lot of time we question about our purpose of life. We doubt about our ability / capability in influencing others or impacting the society. When we think deeply, we may question the significance of our existence. Does the world really need me? Although you may not aware the kind of impact that you can bring, for sure, there is a purpose for you to live. Some people are given a more burdened task to complete and become the head of a state. Some people are called to complete a smaller mission. God does not give everyone the same mission. Instead, He customizes the mission based on individual’s characters, abilities and passion. God knows you so well that He knows where you should be placed to obtain the optimal satisfaction. You are here to be prepared to receive that specific mission which God has prepared for you. When you are waiting for the call, it does not mean that you are doing nothing. You can start contributing, with something small. Be a companion of others. Walk with them in sorrow and joyful moments. You can impact a person’s life with a very small action and you can never imagine where that action will lead to.
